The British Government is, the only Government in Europe not to accept the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice in extradition matters.
Why is this? .............They seem quite keen to bow to Europe on most matters.
There can never be justice, while a European State, enforces European legislation, without allowing appeal to, or accepting judgements by the European Court.
Perhaps its because the European Court would rule against Britain, in the high profile extradition cases we have seen recently.
For goodness sake, stop treating the British people with the contempt of a totalitarian government.
