The Dorset contingency will be travelling by coach (details below).  Meeting those travelling from other parts of the country at the Pubic entrance to the Houses of Parliament on Monday the 23rd November @ 12:30pm.

Arrive Westminster/Houses of Parliment 12:15pm

Meeting Rt Hon. Jim Knight 12:30pm. Location: weather permitting. Inside: in the Great Hall - the pubic entrance, or The Abingdon Green at the end of the building.

Meet with Lord Dartmouth and hand in letters 2:00pm

We are expecting good media coverage, including; several TV news teams . A lot of pre-recorded radio interviews have already been made, to broadcast throughout the day.
